Billing and refunds
Basic, Pro and VIP subscriptions through Telegram Stars.
Purchases and renewal
Monthly subscriptions are billed in Stars every 30 days until canceled. Three-month offers are paid once for 4 months of access; annual offers are paid once for 15 months, including the bonus months. USD/month figures are display guides, not a confirmed total in USD. The exact Stars amount and renewal mode are shown before opening Telegram.
You buy Stars from Telegram or your app store when needed; that provider sets the price, available payment methods and card statement description. Crypto checkout is unavailable until our NOWPayments integration is connected.
Access and monthly credits
Basic includes 300 credits per cycle, Pro 700 and VIP 1500. A pending invoice does not activate access or change your balance. Access and the first allocation start after verified payment. Monthly plans receive credits with each accepted paid renewal; prepaid plans receive monthly allocations across all 4 or 15 access months, including bonuses.
Unused credits remain after access expires. Plan features require current paid access. An active monthly plan may be replaced by the same or a higher level, for a month or a one-time longer period; the same monthly level can also be purchased early. You pay the full new price and receive a new period and first allocation. Previous days and payments are not deducted or transferred; existing credits are kept. The previous monthly renewal is confirmed stopped before the new invoice, even if you do not complete the new purchase. Already active prepaid plans cannot be replaced before their access ends.
Managing renewal and refunds
Cancel automatic renewal on the subscription page or in Telegram. Cancellation keeps already paid access until its end. A renewal change awaiting confirmation is displayed as unconfirmed. A subscription canceled in Telegram is managed there.
Contact Support · SpiicyBox through /support with your order details. A confirmed refund removes only the access and unused credit allocations from that payment; other payments and their credits remain. A refund and stopping future renewal are separate operations. Final refund eligibility and operator details remain subject to the published policy before launch.
